WE ARE
AllRise is an organization that uses the power of climate litigation to hold accountable those who knowingly and recklessly cause significant and widespread harm through environmental damage and to ensure that future acts of destruction are prevented or prosecuted.
AllRise is made up of recognized lawyers, scientists and environmental experts, communications specialists, financial engineers and entrepreneurs, all of whom have many years’ experience in their respective fields of expertise and are committed to taking responsibility for the future of our planet. We are transforming AllRise from being a donation based NGO into a self-sustaining ecosystem that drives both impact and a financial return.
We will not build a sustainable and equitable world unless we stop the profiteers, polluters and policies that enable environmental degradation. AllRise exists to stop this.

aims to develop high-impact climate litigation cases for third party funders, generating an IRR. In partnership with Mishcon de Reya.

The incubator was established in 2024 and develops high-impact solutions and tools to enable and support climate litigation cases.
