ABOUT PROJECT
THE MISSION
Since 2020, we have been using the Law to confront bad actors in pursuit of climate justice and filed two cases at the ICC and the Austrian Constitutional Court. Our mission is to use high-impact litigation to compel corporations to change their environmentally harmful practices.
WHY WE LITIGATE
Climate change affects us all but continues to be perpetrated by a few.
Despite broad awareness of human-caused problems and scientific guidance, we are not acting fast enough.
A radical approach is required to challenge the status quo. We need urgent and impactful action at scale.
OUR SOLUTION
We are establishing a seed-stage structure to initiate actionable, high-impact damage cases against multinationals and large corporations that deliberately prioritize profit over environmental preservation. To achieve this, we collaborate closely with law firms, NGOs, scientists, and journalists to identify, research, and develop these cases.
